EPAM Systems in Madrid, Spain seeks a Senior SAP BW/4HANA specialist to join a hybrid team. You will redesign the finance system landscape for a leading wealth management client, building robust MIS and FDS data/reporting infrastructure in collaboration with CFO units.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, applying deep SAP BW/4HANA expertise and strong business acumen to shape the analytical backbone of a next-generation Finance function.

Formación

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, banking, finance, informatics, data science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA solution design and implementation.
• Experience modeling BW/4HANA objects like ADSOs, transformations, and composite providers.
• Experience developing AMDPs and CDS views.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA calculation views and SQL-based logic.
• Ability to manage end-to-end development lifecycle with testing and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Finance Data Models in the banking/wealth management domain.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to the redesign of Julius Baer’s finance landscape using SAP BW/4HANA.
• Translate requirements across multiple workstreams into actionable work packages.
• Drive the implementation of development packages and contribute to hands-on development when needed.
• Analyze and optimize existing data and reporting flows to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, including documentation and testing throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with CFO teams and technical experts to define high-performance, future-ready financial processes.

Educación
