Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Senior Technical Leader for SAP BI/BW in Albacete, Spain. You will lead data engineering efforts to bridge SAP BW with Palantir Foundry, shaping scalable analytics across the digital campus.

You will mentor engineers, design robust architectures, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with global SAP BI teams to drive platform excellence.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Airbus SAP BI platform within the organization, possessing deep knowledge of its architecture, functionalities and data models.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineers and other technical teams on the effective utilization of SAP BI for data ingestion, processing, storage, analysis, and visualization.
• Design and architect robust, scalable, and performant data and analytics solutions leveraging the SAP BI platforms, ensuring alignment with overall IT architecture and data strategy.
• Lead the technical integration of SAP BI with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BI environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to ensure platform stability and reliability.
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for developing and deploying solutions on the SAP BI platforms.
• Share knowledge and expertise on SAP BI with the wider technical community within Airbus Helicopters, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with the central Airbus SAP BI teams, collaborating on platform updates, new features, and issue resolution.
• Ensure that all SAP BI-based solutions adhere to relevant security policies, data governance regulations, and compliance standards.
• Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within the SAP BI platform and drive their adoption within Airbus Helicopters to enhance our data and analytics capabilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to SAP BI architecture, configurations, and best practices.
