Job summary

Siegfried AG in Barberà del Vallès, near Barcelona, seeks a Senior Manager of Business Applications (SAP Reporting/Analytics) to lead SAP BW/4HANA reporting enhancements. You will translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable analytics solutions and guide end-to-end SAP projects across functions.

Your role requires deep SAP BW development skills and a drive to innovate with SAP Datasphere, SAC and S/4HANA rollouts while coordinating external consultants and maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, engineering, BIS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Senior-level experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW 7.5, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and R/3 across multiple business areas.
• Strong SAP BW development: ABAP, AMDP, SQL, transformations, extractors and data modelling.
• Good understanding of business processes, data flows and reporting needs.
• Ability to analyse and reverse-engineer existing SAP solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for blueprints, specs and support docs.
• Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and improve SAP BW/4HANA reporting and analytics across sites.
• Translate business, regulatory and technical requirements into scalable analytics.
• Lead end-to-end analytics SAP projects across domains.
• Design, develop and optimize BW solutions with ABAP, AMDP, SQL and data modelling.
• Create and maintain documentation including blueprints and specs.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to design and handover.
• Support change, incident and lifecycle management for reporting solutions.
• Contribute to innovation, including SAP Datasphere and SAC/S/4HANA rollouts.
• Manage external consultants and share knowledge within the team.
