Thinkproject is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, while supporting the Salesforce admin team with complex requests.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance customer experience, manage data feeds to third-party apps, and ensure security and compliance across platforms. We offer hybrid working arrangements, access to Thinkproject Academy, and continuous learning opportunities,

Formación

• 3+ years in Salesforce development, preferably in consulting or SaaS.
• Experience in Salesforce development and Sales Cloud.
• APEX/JavaScript/SOQL or similar Salesforce languages.
• Certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of financial ERP software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Understand user needs by building relationships with business stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems.
• Refine ITIL service, change control, and release management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions.
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for tasks.
• Manage Salesforce endpoints and data feeds from third-party integrations.
• Assist in training new users and grow Salesforce skill across the organization.
