RED Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead for a long-term, hybrid role in Barcelona. You will work on a global project and lead development standards, mentor teams, and drive Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations.

The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development, strong Git and QA practices, and English proficiency (B2 or higher). Start is August or September, with 3 days per week onsite in Sant Cugat (Barcelona).

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join a global project.

This role is scheduled to start in August or September

Working Model: Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Sant Cugat (Barcelona).

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development.
• Proven experience in Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git (code reviews, Pull Requests, merge/integration conflict resolution) and QA practices.
• Ability to technically lead, set development standards, and mentor dev teams.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) is a must.
