The University of A Coruña's CITIC Research Centre seeks a senior research and quality manager to coordinate the R&D&I Quality Department. The role requires deep understanding of research activity and the functioning of R&D centres, plus the ability to shape and monitor policies for research, quality, and innovation.

You will lead quality management across ISO standards, support strategic planning, and oversee portfolios, performance indicators, and institutional projects, engaging with staff

Formación

• Master’s degree or MECES level 3 required.
• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 CEFR.
• Experience coordinating large R&D and quality activities.
• Ability to liaise with public authorities and funding bodies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the R&D&I Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 56001 standards.
• Support the management team in strategic planning, drafting, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the Strategic Plan.
• Manage and update the R&D&I project portfolio.
• Coordinate the management of the centre’s performance indicators.
• Support the centre’s institutional projects.
• Support for management in human resources administration.
• Justification of the centre’s agreements and grants.
• Coordinate the centre’s training activities.
• Support in drafting, updating and monitoring internal regulations and committees.
• Participation in reports on activities, management and results.
• Institutional liaison with public authorities, funding bodies and partner organisations.
