UL Solutions in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical due diligence and advisory services across the Poland market and wider EMEA for renewable energy transactions.

You will manage solar PV and BESS projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, deliver high‑quality TDD reports, and support business development with a deep understanding of Polish regulations and markets.

Formación

• At least 8 years’ experience in renewable energies including due diligence, development, construction, operations, and M&A
• Expertise in Solar PV and BESS projects
• Local expertise on the Polish market and renewable dynamics
• Knowledge of battery technologies and related equipment (PCS, BMS, cells)
• Understanding of KPIs for solar PV and energy modelling basics
• Knowledge of Polish permitting and grid/electricity markets

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute technical due diligence for solar PV and BESS projects
• Produce comprehensive TDD reports with input from multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct site visits and compile progress reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants to ensure on-time delivery
• Serve as primary client interface and support business development
