Scorewarrior is seeking a seasoned recruitment lead to own the full hiring plan for its Player Care department. You will design a scalable selection system, including scorecards, interviews, work samples, and ATS-integrated gates, while proactively sourcing talent across gaming communities.

You will report to the Head of Player Care, manage 24/7 operations hiring and senior roles, and coordinate relocation to Limassol, Cyprus with comprehensive company support. No remote work is offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including volume hiring and senior searches.
• Ability to design selection processes with interviews, work samples, and tests.
• Strong funnel metrics understanding and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full hiring plan and recruitment pipeline for the department.
• Design and implement a scalable selection system with scorecards and gates.
• Proactively source talent through multiple channels and build talent pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and push back with market data when needed.
• Negotiate relocations and close candidates successfully.
