MediaMarktSaturn Technology in Barcelona seeks a senior frontend engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript.

You will collaborate with product, design and backend teams, own features from concept to delivery, and contribute to performance, accessibility, and testing with RTL and Playwright. This hybrid role offers multiple offices in Barcelona and a dynamic, innovative tech hub.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with React.
• Experience building scalable frontend applications in production.
• Knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with API integration (GraphQL/REST).
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend architectures focused on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs (GraphQL/REST).
• Ensure high code quality through testing and debugging (RTL, Playwright).
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on data-driven solutions.
• Lead or contribute to feature planning and implementation across workstreams.
• Improve frontend performance and developer experience.
