F. Schumacher & Co is seeking a hands-on Senior Quantitative Analyst, Product Portfolio (Statistical Modeling) to own analytics and reporting for SKU productivity and capital allocation across 20,000+ SKUs.

You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leaders, translating data into actionable guidance while maintaining data integrity in Snowflake and collaborating with the AI team on automated insights.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in data science, analytics, statistics in SKU-driven businesses.
• Strong grounding in statistics or operations research (regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis).
• Independent executor who ships accurate, high-impact work on time.

Responsabilités

• Work with CEO and Product Strategy stakeholders to build analysis and reporting.
• Use statistical methods to identify product attributes driving productivity and guide portfolio decisions.
• Control for confounders like stock-outs and seasonality so trends reflect true performance.
• Identify data inconsistencies and fix records in Snowflake with upstream teams.
• Present findings clearly to executives, adapting for technical or non-technical audiences.
• Maintain recurring analytics and reporting for SKU productivity.
