Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co. seeks a Senior Quantitative Analyst, Product Portfolio (Statistical Modeling) to own analytics for SKU productivity and capital allocation across a 20,000+ SKU portfolio. Reports to the Sr. Director of AI & Data Insights, collaborating directly with the CEO daily.

You will distinguish signal from noise, fix data issues in Snowflake, and provide data-driven guidance on portfolio strategy with AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in data science, analytics or statistics in SKU-driven businesses.
• Strong grounding in statistics or operations research (regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis).
• Proficient SQL and Python, Snowflake experience; able to write back to production data.

Responsibilities

• Work with CEO and Product Strategy to define key questions and build analytics.
• Apply statistical methods to identify product attributes driving productivity.
• Identify data inconsistencies and correct records in Snowflake; interact with data owners to improve accuracy.
• Present findings to executives in clear, actionable terms.
• Develop recurring analytics and reports to track SKU productivity.
