Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to plan and conduct independent audits across multiple European sites. You will assess compliance with GCP, regulations, and IQVIA SOPs, reporting findings to management and customers.

You will review investigations, CAPA, and EC plans, and provide guidance on regulatory interpretations. Candidates should have 5+ years in QA audits and be able to travel up to 50% in Europe.

Qualifications

• Certified to conduct audits under industry regulations.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% across Europe.
• 5+ years in pharma, technical, or QA audits.
• Experience in Investigator site audits in clinical trials.
• Experience with clinical study report/data management audits preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, training, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and report audits across IQVIA contracts.
• Evaluate findings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory interpretation to project teams.
• Assist in CAPA and EC plans; track closure.
• Lead QA initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Support training of Quality Assurance staff.
