Job summary

FYST is seeking an experienced QA engineer to join our remote team. You will split time between manual testing and expanding automated tests in Python, focusing on fintech product flows and complex business rules.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Allure and collaborate across functions to improve coverage and performance. Ideal candidates have strong hands-on testing experience, especially with payments, API testing, and performance testing, plus fluent English and Russian for

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of software testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on in test automation (Python).
• Hands-on testing of payments/B2B scenarios.
• Strong manual testing skills with complex business logic.
• Experience in performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Postman, API testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure).
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Good communication in English and Russian.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Performing 50/50 manual and automated testing (Python): manually testing new features and then automating them.

Working with an already established Python automation framework: the architecture and core setup are complete, your focus will be on increasing coverage, contributing new tests, improving stability, and addressing test tech debt.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• At least 3-4 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation ( Python )
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic
• Strong experience in performance and load testing
• Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
