Shipco IT in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance Python microservices. You’ll connect FastAPI backend with Angular frontends and collaborate across global teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years Python experience, strong MySQL/SQLAlchemy, Docker, AWS ECS/ECR, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions. You’ll improve reliability and scalability of logistics applications used worldwide.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development for production microservices.
• Experience with FastAPI, async microservices, and integration with frontend frameworks.
• Proficient in MySQL, SQLAlchemy, and data validation with Pydantic.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain high-performance web apps using Python and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in planning, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable system solutions.
• Stay current with tech trends to improve performance.
• Drive tests, performance tuning, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bottlenecks.
