BMAT Music Innovators is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong Python background to join our Barcelona-based team. The role supports a software group and helps shape key features in a fast-moving environment.

We welcome applicants from anywhere in Spain or Italy with flexibility for remote work and occasional in-person collaboration in Barcelona. The stack includes Python3, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Docker, and AWS.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience with Python delivering production features autonomously.
• Experience handling large datasets and large files at scale.
• Experience with web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of design, implementation and deployment of complex features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and optimise applications for performance and reliability.
• Lead code reviews to maintain code quality.
