Airbus Defence and Space in Sevilla is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to drive risk mitigation and ensure full compliance with external and internal EHS standards. You will develop and embed safe work methods across activities and contribute your specialized expertise to the team.

The role requires a formal qualification in Labour Risks prevention and a strong track record in health and safety management, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• Postgraduate in Prevention of Labour Risks.
• Specialization in Psychosocial Risk Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks.
• Spanish and English must be negotiation level.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder management to guide risk categorization, elimination, substitution or mitigation ensuring compliance with external requirements and internal EHS policy.
• Ensure management provides adequate technical risk controls for activities, collectively and individually.
• Define processes, procedures, safe methods of work and integrate into the EHS management system.
• Be recognised for expertise and qualifications related to the specialization.
