• Proven experience of listing residential properties in Spain.
• Proactive and highly results-driven with ability to generate new listings.
• Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is highly meritorious.
• Residence in Fuengirola or surrounding areas with strong local knowledge.

Senior Property Finder

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident working independently, has a strong local network and has proven experience of listing residential properties in Spain.

About The Role

Your primary mission will be to

identify, attract and secure new property listings .

This is a proactive and results-oriented role for someone who does not wait for opportunities to come to them.

You enjoy being out in the market, meeting potential sellers, building relationships and actively identifying new opportunities.

You will work strategically and persistently to increase our property portfolio through a variety of activities, including direct outreach, networking, following up on housing advertisements and identifying potential sellers through platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa.

Your experience of the Spanish property market and the listing process will be essential.

You understand how to build trust with property owners, identify opportunities and guide sellers throughout the initial stages of bringing their property to market.

• Proactively identify and approach potential property sellers.
• Generate new listings through networking, prospecting and direct outreach.
• Conduct property listing appointments and secure new mandates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sellers and local contacts.
• Develop and strengthen a reliable local network in and around Fuengirola.
• Identify opportunities through online platforms, housing advertisements and other market intelligence.
• Work independently towards ambitious listing targets.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience and successful property transactions.
• Represent Svensk Fastighetsförmedling professionally and strengthen our position in the local market.

About You

We are looking for a

with a strong commercial mindset.

You have a natural ability to open doors, create new relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.

You are confident approaching new people and enjoy the challenge of identifying and securing new property listings.

You are persistent without being pushy, professional yet personable, and understand that successful property listing is built on both strong sales skills and genuine, long-term relationships.

You have

a proactive and highly results-driven mindset , are self-motivated and structured, and are comfortable working towards clear goals and targets.

At the same time, you are a team player who understands the value of collaboration.

Most importantly, you have

proven experience of taking on and listing residential properties in Spain

and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Requirements

• Experience working as a property finder or in a similar senior role and proven experience of property listings of residential properties in Spain.
• A proactive and highly results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to generate new listings.
• Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of one or more Scandinavian languages is highly meritorious.
• Residence in Fuengirola or the surrounding areas, with strong local knowledge.
• An established local network is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A valid driver's license and good driving skills.
• A proactive, structured and results-oriented approach.
