THOST Projektmanagement GmbH is recruiting a skilled project scheduler to lead and maintain schedules for large-scale EPC construction packages in Spain. You will review contractor plans, monitor progress, and challenge assumptions to ensure feasible delivery timelines.

You will analyse critical paths, milestones and recovery strategies, coordinating interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, and commissioning with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling within large EPC, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing construction schedules for complex building or infrastructure packages.
• Familiar with FIDIC contract environments (desirable).
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory; German is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and improve schedules for assigned Construction packages, aligning with project strategies and objectives.
• Review contractor schedules, monitor progress and challenge scheduling assumptions to ensure realistic delivery plans.
• Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestone status and recovery scenarios to support decision-making.
• Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other stakeholders.
• Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings with clear analyses and recommendations.
• Identify scheduling risks, delays and opportunities, and help develop practical recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with IMS Scheduling Specialist to align package schedules with Client Integrated Master Schedule.
