HCLTech is seeking an expert Project Manager to lead complex SFDC and partner-ecosystem delivery in Spain. You will own delivery plans, coordinate PI planning, and drive risk mitigation with cross-functional teams, while maintaining cost views and governance.

Formación

7+ years in project/delivery management in SFDC and partner ecosystems.
Domain exposure to Sales Compensation and related partner/retail workflows is a plus.
Deep hands-on with SAFe, PI planning, agile ceremonies, quarterly cadence delivery.
Strong RAID discipline, risk quantification and mitigation planning.
Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, MS Project or equivalents; dashboarding tools.
Executive communication and concise status writing under pressure.

Responsabilidades

Own the WXP + Sales Comp + RIS delivery plan, milestones and dependencies.
Run PI planning support, sprint tracking, release readiness and cadence.
Maintain the RAID log and surface risks early with cross-functional owners.
Coordinate co-funded delivery for RIS, align scope and milestones.
Manage vendor and CW resourcing, onboarding, offboarding and SOX alignment.
Report status weekly to Program Manager and monthly to leadership and Governance.
Own the delivery cost view, effort tracking and scope-change impact assessments.
Drive continuous improvement across the PMO with Jira hygiene and TestRail adoption.
