HCLTech in Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own delivery across SFDC and partner ecosystems, coordinating WXP, Sales Compensation, RIS, and related milestones.

You will run PI planning, agile ceremonies, manage RAID, governance, and vendor resourcing, reporting to Program Manager and leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and Jira/TestRail adoption.

Formación

• 7+ years Project/Delivery Management in SFDC + Partner ecosystems.
• Domain exposure to Sales Compensation, Partner Monthly Billing, Retail channel enablement.
• Deep hands-on with SAFe, PI planning, Agile ceremonies, quarterly cadence delivery.
• Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, MS Project or equivalent, dashboarding tools.
• Executive communication, concise status writing, calm under pressure, outcome-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery plan for WXP, Sales Comp, RIS including milestones and dependencies across initiatives.
• Lead PI planning support, sprint tracking, and release readiness.
• Maintain RAID log and surface risks early; drive mitigations with cross-functional owners.
• Coordinate LCS co-funded delivery for RIS; align scope and milestones with governance.
• Manage vendor and CW resourcing; onboarding/offboarding and compliance alignment.
• Report status weekly to Program Manager and monthly to leadership and governance.
• Own delivery cost view, effort tracking, burn-down, and scope-change control.
• Drive PMO continuous improvement, Jira hygiene, and TestRail adoption.

• Drive continuous improvement across the PMO practice · SPM alignment · Jira hygiene · TestRail adoption

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years Project / Delivery Management in SFDC + Partner ecosystem environments
