HCLTech in Spain seeks an experienced Project Manager to strengthen delivery across SFDC and partner ecosystems. You will own planning, PI events, risk mitigation and cross‑functional governance to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will drive RAID, vendor resourcing, and continuous improvement within the PMO, aligning with leadership and stakeholders while maintaining clear executive status updates.

Formación

• 7+ years of project/delivery management in SFDC + partner ecosystems.
• Deep hands-on with SAFe, PI planning and agile ceremonies.
• Strong RAID discipline and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Executive communication and concise status reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the WXP, Sales Comp, and RIS delivery plans including milestones and dependencies.
• Run PI planning, sprint tracking, release readiness, and cadence.
• Maintain RAID log, surface risks early, drive mitigation with cross-functional owners.
• Coordinate LCS co-funded delivery for RIS and align on scope and governance.
• Manage vendor and CW resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, and SOX alignment.
• Report status weekly to Program Manager and monthly to leadership and Governance.
• Own delivery cost view, effort tracking, burn-down, scope-change control, impact assessments.
• Drive PMO continuous improvement and Jira hygiene, TestRail adoption.
