Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee customer implementations across the EMEA region for German-speaking clients. You will drive solution definition, allocate resources, set project direction, and manage budget and risk to ensure value delivery.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, run client meetings, develop detailed project plans, and maintain documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with success managing complex projects from initiation through closure.
• Experience in ECM or other solution implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and control projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead client and internal meetings with clear follow-up and accountability.
• Develop project plans and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Design solutions and manage escalation to deliver customer value.
• Identify risks and proactively manage client expectations and updates.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices within delivery teams.
