Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Oncology) to join our Oncology team. You will coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs to ensure milestone achievement and successful project delivery.

You will manage budgets, maintain project scope, and ensure adherence to Premier Research processes. You will act as the main liaison to clients, chair team meetings, and contribute to business development and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological- or science-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech.
• Budget/finance/costing experience at project level and managing complex trials.

Responsibilities

• Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts across the global project team (Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Medical Affairs/Safety) to support milestones and overall delivery.
• Monitors adherence to budget and scope to realize project profitability.
• Ensures all project tasks align with plans and Premier Research processes and policies.
• Acts as primary liaison between Premier Research and customer; chairs project team meetings and teleconferences.
• Assists in Business Development activities including proposal development and presenting proposals with BD and Scientific Account Leadership.
• Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business for the future.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
• Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability
• Ensures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and procedures
• Acts as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences
• Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
• Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future

What We Are Searching For:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project levelExperience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• Global experience required
• In depth therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Oncology indications
