Turner Townsend busca un/a Gerente de Proyectos de Construcción para coordinar proyectos residenciales de lujo en España, asegurando estándares de marca, calidad y entrega a tiempo. Dirigirá equipos multiprofesionales, gestionará horarios, compras y reportes de costos, manteniendo gobernanza y procesos de reporting.

La función implica actuar como enlace entre cliente, diseño y contratistas para una entrega satisfactoria.

Formación

• Título relacionado con construcción o equivalente.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en construcción y gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia en proyectos de lujo residenciales en España desde viabilidad hasta entrega.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir equipos multiprofesionales y coordinar cronogramas, adquisiciones y reportes de costos.
• Gestionar planes de ejecución con CSFs y KPIs; controlar calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento.
• Gestionar el flujo de información entre cliente, diseño, contratistas y proveedores mediante reuniones y reportes.
• Supervisar la documentación y la entrega de diseño conforme a brief y estándares.
• Llevar a cabo inspecciones de obra para garantizar seguridad y calidad.

Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate luxury residential projects in Spain to ensure brand alignment, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, procurement and cost reporting, and maintain governance and reporting processes. You will act as the liaison between the client, design team and contractors to drive successful handover and client satisfaction. This position sits at the intersection of brand standards and project delivery, offering the chance to shape high-end residential outcomes through structured planning and collaboration.

• Ensure project complies with brand requirements and coordinate customization with client and design team
• Set up and lead the project execution plan with CSFs and KPIs
• Implement controls and reporting for quality, health u0026 safety, compliance, change, risk, and environment
• Establish and maintain project reporting, governance, processes, and systems
• Prepare project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or P6 including baselines and critical path
• Lead the project team including stakeholders, designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers
• Manage design team to produce documentation aligned with project brief and standards
• Oversee end-to-end procurement process including RFP/tender, evaluation, and appointments
• Monitor finances, coordinate cost reporting, understand cost drivers and variances
• Facilitate information flow among client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers through meetings and reports
• Conduct site inspections ensuring safety and quality per design
• Communicate with client and stakeholders across all project stages
• Coordinate permitting, statutory submissions and approvals
• Capture lessons learned and knowledge sharing from each project

Responsabilidades

• Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent
• At least 5 years' construction and project management experience
• Experience in luxury residential projects in Spain from feasibility to handover
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams (and possibly Primavera P6)
