Job summary

Studio Akamá, a family-owned architecture and construction firm based in Mallorca, seeks an experienced architect, technical architect, or civil engineer to lead high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will manage projects from design development through execution and hand-over, with a minimum of eight years in construction project management and at least five years on absolute high-end schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in construction project management or site management
• Minimum 5 years managing high-end residential/hospitality projects
• Spanish and English and/or German skills required (other languages valued)

Responsibilities

• Participate in design phase and construction details with the design team
• Manage quantity take-offs, budgets and tenders during planning
• Check change orders, progress certificates and final accounts
• Site management and quality control in collaboration with supervision team
• Lead on-site teams including general contractor, consultants, local authorities
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project timing and budget targets
• Occasionally produce drawings in AutoCAD
