Job summary

Clue is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align execution with strategic objectives. The role emphasizes production planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation across aerospace-oriented projects.

You will define and refine production plans, monitor performance, and drive product changes to meet objectives while maintaining clear updates with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in program management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and achievable deadlines for resolution.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in defining Production Plans, contributing to the program's overall strategy.
• Support the development of budgets and operational plans for assigned programs.
• Assist in evaluating program performance, identifying strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in approving and managing product changes and deviations to meet project objectives effectively.
• Provide regular updates on program status to the program's stakeholders throughout its life cycle.
• Analyze risks associated with program execution and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in manufacturing management activities, ensuring efficient production processes and resource utilization
