J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager within Asset & Wealth Management Operations.

You will manage the delivery of new features and products at scale, partnering across business, technology, finance, legal, risk, and compliance to deliver outcomes with an end-to-end focus on user experience and product strategy. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of product management and/or project management experience within financial services.
• Experience delivering change across multiple jurisdictions and regulated environments.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to align competing priorities.
• Experience planning and coordinating testing activities (UAT & regression).
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines and maintain integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Drive delivery of new features and product enhancements from initiation through implementation at scale.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, legal, risk, and compliance to align priorities and execution plans.
• Translate business strategy into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead requirements gathering and maintain documentation to support delivery and decision-making.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, regression testing, and implementation readiness activities.
• Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Manage scope, timelines, and delivery trade-offs to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
