Premier Research in our Neuroscience team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global projects that translate ideas into medicines, devices, and diagnostics. You will drive delivery, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to Premier Research processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a science field and 5+ years' PM experience in CRO/pharma. Global experience and multi-therapeutic knowledge, including Psychedelics, MDD, and Epilepsy, are valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech/Specialty Pharma
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• Global experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas including Psychedelics, MDD, and Epilepsy

Responsabilidades

• Ensure successful management and coordination of the global project team to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
• Ensure adherence to budget and scope of work to realize project profitability
• Ensure all project tasks align with plans and Premier Research processes
• Act as liaison between Premier Research and customers and chair project team meetings
• Assist in Business Development activities including proposal development and presentations
• Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
• Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability
• Ensures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and procedures
• Acts as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences
• Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
• Develops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future
  
  

What We Are Searching For

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• Global experience preferred
• In depth, multiple therapeutic area including protocol knowledge in Psychedelics, MDD, and Epilepsy
