Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to oversee the coordination and management of clinical trials from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations while fostering effective communication across teams.

Applicants should have a strong background in project management within a CRO, preferably with a degree in Life Sciences. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to travel up to 25%.

• Ability to travel when needed up to 25%.

We’re a global, midsize CRO providing clinical trial management services for innovative therapies.

What You Will Do

• Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start‑up through closeout activities.
• Directs the technical, financial and operational aspects of the projects – ensuring successful completion of clinical trials.
• Works with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues, interpret data on complex issues, make business decisions and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Works to ensure all project deliverables meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations.
• Responsible, with support from Project Management Directors and other functional area leads, for ensuring all deliverables meet customer/contract expectations.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Ability to manage projects in a multi‑office environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC Systems.

Your Experience

• 5 years of industry experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting.
• University/College degree in Life Science is preferred.
• Ability to travel when needed up to 25%.
