Senior Project Manager | Cyber Security | SOC | Spain

Fully Remote | 12-Month B2B Contract | €475-€525 per Day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join a leading global cyber security organisation on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer-facing cyber security projects, particularly within Security Operations Centres (SOC), SecOps and enterprise security environments.

The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple external customer projects, working closely with clients, security engineers, technical consultants and Professional Services teams to ensure successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security projects for external customers, from initiation through to successful completion.
• Managing projects involving SOC, Security Operations, security platforms and enterprise cyber security solutions.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, managing expectations, building relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Coordinating cyber security engineers, technical consultants and Professional Services delivery teams.
• Managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Taking ownership of project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources and change requests.
• Providing regular project updates, governance reporting and clear communication to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Supporting the successful implementation and delivery of security solutions within complex enterprise environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT and cyber security projects.
• Strong hands-on project delivery experience within cyber security is essential. We need someone who has genuinely managed security projects, rather than someone with purely general IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering SOC, SecOps, Security Operations or SOC transformation projects is highly desirable.
• External customer-facing project delivery experience is essential, ideally gained within a cyber security vendor, consultancy, systems integrator or Professional Services organisation.
• Experience managing multiple external customer projects and coordinating technical delivery teams.
• Understanding of cyber security technologies and solutions, ideally including SIEM, XDR, endpoint security, threat detection or security operations platforms.
• Strong customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and change control.
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification would be advantageous.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

We are particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have worked for cyber security vendors, security consultancies, MSSPs or Professional Services organisations, delivering security projects directly to external customers.

You'll be comfortable managing technical cyber security projects, working closely with SOC and Security Operations teams, and taking full responsibility for the customer delivery experience.
