HCLTech Madrid busca un Project Manager con amplia experiencia para fortalecer la entrega en entornos SFDC y socio de partners. Serás responsable de planificar, coordinar PI planning, gestionar el RAID log y garantizar la gobernanza entre áreas.

Reportarás progresos a Program Manager y liderazgo, gestionar recursos de proveedores, y asegurar la adhesión a prácticas SAFe y herramientas como Jira, Confluence y TestRail. Se valora experiencia en ventas, compensaciones y facturación de partners.

Formación

• Experiencia de 7+ años en Project / Delivery Management en SFDC + Partner ecosystem.
• Experiencia en domain de Sales Compensation, Partner Monthly Billing, Retail channel enablement.
• Experiencia práctica con SAFe, PI planning, Agile ceremonies, cadence delivery.
• Fuerte disciplina RAID y mitigación de riesgos.
• Conocimiento de Jira, Confluence, TestRail y MS Project o equivalente.
• Habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva, escritura de estatus concisa, bajo presión.

Responsabilidades

• Propietar la entrega de planes WXP, Sales Comp y RIS con milestones y dependencias.
• Llevar la planificación PI, seguimiento de sprint y readiness de releases.
• Mantener RAID log, identificar riesgos y mitigación con responsables.
• Coordinación de delivery cofinanciado para RIS, alcance y governance.
• Gestión de recursos de proveedores y CW, on-/offboarding y SOX.
• Informar estado semanalmente al PM, mensualmente a liderazgo y gobierno de partners.
• Mantener vista de costos de entrega, seguimiento de esfuerzo, burn-down, cambios de alcance.
• Impulsar mejora continua en PMO, Jira hygiene y TestRail adoption.

• Own the WXP + Sales Comp + RIS delivery plan · milestones · dependencies · critical path across concurrent initiatives
• Run PI planning support · sprint tracking · release readiness · MTP / Gold TXN / Hypercare cadence
• Maintain the RAID log · surface risks and issues early · drive mitigation with cross-functional owners
• Coordinate LCS co-funded delivery for RIS · align on scope · milestones · joint governance
• Manage vendor and CW resourcing on assigned initiatives · onboarding · offboarding · SOX / compliance alignment
• Report status weekly to Program Manager · monthly to leadership · monthly to Partner Program Governance
• Own the delivery cost view · effort tracking · burn-down · scope-change control · impact assessments
• Drive continuous improvement across the PMO practice · SPM alignment · Jira hygiene · TestRail adoption

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years Project / Delivery Management in SFDC + Partner ecosystem environments
• Domain exposure to Sales Compensation · Partner Monthly Billing · Retail channel enablement
• Deep hands-on with SAFe · PI planning · Agile ceremonies · quarterly cadence delivery
• Strong RAID discipline · risk quantification · mitigation planning · escalation judgment
• Comfortable with Jira · Confluence · TestRail · MS Project or equivalent · dashboarding tools
• Executive communication · concise status writing · calm under pressure · outcome-focused

Nice to Have

• HP or Fortune 100 tech industry experience in Partner Programs
• PMP · Prince2 · SAFe RTE / SPC certification · SFDC delivery certs
• Familiarity with vendor management · SOW governance · CW / AC contracting · multi-party governance
