Gaming Innovation Group in Marbella is seeking a Front-End Product Owner to drive gamification initiatives and align roadmaps with company OKRs. You will lead cross-functional teams, define detailed PRDs and UX across developments, and apply behavioral psychology insights to shape engaging features.

Collaborating with onboarding, retention, Framework, and CMS teams, you will influence product plans, review requirements, and ensure on-time launches while scaling impact and stakeholder

Formación

• 3 years of Product Owner experience with a technical background.
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioral psychology.
• Experience in product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile framework and practices.
• Organisational and leadership abilities with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Product Roadmaps with prioritisation, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and drive gamification strategy aligned with engagement objectives.
• Review peers’ product requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management on product plans and roadmaps.
• Develop and implement products consistent with the company vision.
• Collect and analyse customer and stakeholder feedback to shape requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and ensure on-time launches.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and opportunities.
• Build relationships to embed the product vision across the organization.
