Tecnalis-Solution-Providers in Marbella, Spain, seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive gamified features across front-end onboarding, retention, and CMS roadmaps. You will align with the framework and retention roadmaps to deliver high-quality products for operators and players.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and creative, capable of communicating with senior stakeholders and turning business goals into engaging user experiences.

Formación

• 3 years of experience as Product Owner with a technical background.
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioural psychology.
• Experience in product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile framework.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmaps and communicate deliverables to stakeholders.
• Ensure detailed product requirements and best UX/UI are defined.
• Define and drive gamification strategy aligned with engagement goals.
• Review peers’ requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Develop and implement products consistent with the company vision.
• Collect and analyse customer/stakeholder feedback to shape features.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and releases.
