Techbridge, a nature data and intelligence company, seeks a Senior Product Manager who thrives in startups—autonomous, adaptable, and motivated to shape a fast-growing business from the ground up.

You will break down ambiguous problems, shape long-term strategy from customer research and nature science, and own the data-driven intelligence suite to drive value for customers and revenue.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space, with progression within the same organisation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Break messy, ambiguous problems into clear requirements the team can build against.
• Shape long-term product strategy from customer research, competitive analysis, and nature science.
• Work deeply with data, owning completeness and quality across our intelligence suite.
• Align engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to unblock delivery.
• Partner with commercial to ensure products land with customers and drive revenue.
• Help define how we build and scale product culture as the team grows.
