Gameloft ищет опытного Product Manager для руководства монетизацией в живых проектах. Вы будете формировать дорожную карту продукта, работать с данными и стейкхолдерами, а также курировать развитие монетизационных систем от концепции до пост lanzamiento.

Требуется опыт работы в мобильных/PC/консольных играх, способность превращать сложные данные в бизнес-инсайты и владение английским языком. В роли ожидается лидерство и возможность работать с Asphalt 9 в рамках международной команды.

Formación

• 6+ лет опыта в Product Management F2P игр на мобильных, ПК или консолях.

Responsabilidades

Gameloft develops and publishes multiplatform games, including its own franchises and titles based on major entertainment brands. The company distributes games in over 100 countries and provides advertising solutions for brands and agencies.

Задачи

• Define the roadmap with Game Leadership and key stakeholders, aligning the game vision with commercial targets
• Drive Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
• Optimize events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU
• Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce production times and costs
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems from conceptual design to post-launch optimization
• Audit existing monetization systems to identify untapped potential
• Lead hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting models
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
• Represent Asphalt 9 as the primary business voice to internal and external stakeholders

Требования

• 6+ Years of experience in Product Management of F2P games across Mobile, PC, or Console
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in other markets, Game Design fundamentals, behavioral economics, passion for or professional experience with Racing Games, cross-platform games experience, experience across mobile and PC/Console, team management experience
