Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a defined product, platform, or workflow area within our publishing ecosystem. You will own end-to-end product delivery, define the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design and operations to ship value.

You will drive outcomes using data, manage risk, and align with our one-platform strategy. You will lead a squad of engineers, designers and analysts, owning discovery, scope, and launch to adoption while continuously improving

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with multi-stakeholder ownership.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and unify requirements from demanding stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex needs into a coherent product definition.
• Comfortable discussing workflows, data, and system design with engineers.
• Track record of turning insights into measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership: define and drive the roadmap for your product area.
• Requirements discipline: reconcile inputs from internal teams, partners and users.
• Cross-team delivery: work with engineering, design and other product teams to ship roadmaps.
• Discovery with users and stakeholders to uncover real needs and validate solutions.
• Propose pragmatic solutions, favoring shared workflows over bespoke branches.
• Evidence-led decisions: define metrics, track them, and adjust based on data.
• Quality and risk ownership: set acceptance criteria and ensure post-launch quality.
• Product vision: align with Frontiers' one-platform strategy.
• Business outcomes: build the business case, plan investment and payback.
• Team leadership: guide engineers, designers and analysts toward shared goals.
• Managing up: provide regular updates to Head of Product and senior leadership.
• AI and automation: scope and measure AI/automation to reduce manual work.
• Launch and adoption: manage from idea to rollout and ongoing adoption.
• Resourceful problem-solving: identify what you need and move forward.
