Kraken is seeking a senior Product Manager for its Consumer Trading initiatives. You will own features and enhancements, prototype new ideas with AI tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap while ensuring business continuity with Finance and Operations teams.

You will drive data-driven decisions through quantitative analysis and work on products across stocks, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives, leveraging your prior crypto and trading experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech or trading.
• Strong sense of UX with attention to detail and product intuition.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI tools to validate ideas.
• Deep understanding of retail trading and user behavior.
• Experience building retail products in stocks, crypto, or derivatives.
• Crypto, trading, or banking experience required.
• Proficient in data gathering and quantitative analysis.
• Self-starter, proactive and solution oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Consumer Trading initiatives, including new features and enhancements.

• Develop detailed product and business requirements.
• Perform UAT and ensure requirements are implemented as requested.
• Own the product and coordinate with Finance and Operations for continuity.

• Evaluate new product opportunities and propose consumer-engaging ideas.

The team

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.

The opportunity

• Deliver Consumer Trading initiatives — new features, functionalities, enhancements
• Prototype experiences yourself using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to bring ideas to life before writing detailed specs
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate roadmap
• Define and develop detailed product and business analysis and requirements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
• Take ownership over the product and ensure business continuity by collaborating with Finance and Operations teams
• Evangelize the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organization
• Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for products to engage consumers

What You Bring

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong product sense with a keen eye for UX and attention to detail
• Comfortable prototyping with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to test and validate ideas hands-on
• Strong understanding of the retail trading landscape and user behavior
• Experience building retail products in at least one of the following domains: stocks, cryptocurrencies, or derivatives
• Prior crypto, trading, or banking experience is required
• Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis (SQL, data visualization tools)
• Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter

Nice to haves

• Experience scaling subscription products (pricing strategy, feature gating, churn management)
• Proven ability to drive product-led growth (activation, retention, and monetization loops)
