Gameloft in Barcelona seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape Live Ops and monetization for Asphalt 9/Asphalt Legends, driving data-driven growth.

You will partner with Game Leadership to align the roadmap with ambitious commercial targets, mentor juniors, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

• 6+ years in Product Management for live service games

• Define the product roadmap in line with aggressive commercial targets with Game Leadership
• Lead Live Ops strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle design and optimization
• Guide hypothesis-driven development with A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
• Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

In this role you will shape the revenue strategy and Live Ops for Asphalt Legends, balancing growth with AAA player experience. You’ll partner with Game Leadership to align roadmap with ambitious commercial targets and drive data-driven optimization across events, offers, and monetization systems. You operate as the internal and external business voice for Asphalt 9, influencing跨-functional teams and stakeholders. This is a chance to scale a global racing franchise and impact its financial health and long-term sustainability.

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
• Track record of monetization and retention impact in live titles
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficiency with advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
• Bachelor in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree valued
