Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-native initiatives applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

You will collaborate with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move ideas from concept to value, define roadmaps, prioritize experiments, and drive adoption, with KPIs for speed, quality, and cost

These initiatives range from rapid prototypes to scaled solutions and require strong product judgment to evaluate, prioritize, and mature.

This is a hands‑on product leadership role that blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution. You will work closely with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move quickly from concept to value—operating comfortably in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.

Qualifications

Must‑Haves

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast‑paced environment
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent‑based systems)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Hands‑on exposure to Generative or Agentic AI (professional or personal projects)
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain‑based patterns, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience with cloud‑native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
