Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a data-centric Product Analyst to drive decisions using real-time data and industry trends. You will refine ideas through experimentation and validate hypotheses with data.

You will deep-dive into vast datasets to support hunches, track KPIs, and understand player journeys, combining quantitative insights with strategic thinking.

Formación

• Experience in mobile gaming or a strong interest in the space.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to deep-dive and maintain a holistic view of a product.
• Experience reading and creating dashboards to understand product performance.
• Proficient in visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel) and solid SQL.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions on roadmaps and strategies based on data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate insights clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Identify areas for improvement; formulate hypotheses; plan, run, and analyse A/B tests to improve metrics.
• Analyse large, complex datasets representing millions of players to answer strategic questions.
• Conduct user behaviour deep-dives to identify patterns in usage, purchases, and churn.
• Use pre/post analyses to assess impact of product changes on users and business.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define metrics and KPIs.

Role Overview

You will be using real-time data, industry trends, your wits and experience to make product decisions. Refining ideas through experimentation and iteration, using data to validate your hypothesis.

In this role you will deep-dive into our vast amount of real-time data in order to support your hunches and product decisions. You will have a firm grasp of your product KPIs and an understanding of your players and their journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement; make hypotheses; plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to improve business metrics.
• Analyse large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
• Conduct user behaviour deep dives, identifying patterns in critical usage aspects such as playing, purchasing and churning.
• Use pre/post analyses to understand how product and ecosystem changes are affecting users and the business.
• Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
• Define and build user segments that deliver business value.
• Partner with and support Live Operations analysts in defining pricing policy and game economy.
• Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features and future product roadmaps
• Experience or interest in Mobile Gaming.
