Blacklane is seeking a senior product leader to own the Chauffeur Domain, guiding a network of five teams and five Product Managers. You will mentor across seniority levels and partner with engineering, data science, and operations to solve complex problems while balancing partner and guest needs.

You will monitor market dynamics to keep our strategy grounded and serve as the domain's senior voice with leadership and partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience mentoring multiple Product Managers.
• End-to-end ownership of complex product domains.
• Proven track record of data-driven business impact.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, including exec presentations.
• Experience in fast-paced, technically complex environments.
• Nice to have background in ride-hailing, logistics, marketplace, or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision and priorities for the Chauffeur Domain.
• Lead a domain of five teams and five Product Managers, each with their own roadmap and KPIs.
• Manage, mentor, and grow five Product Managers across different seniority levels.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and operations to solve technically complex problems.
• Balance chauffeur and partner needs against guest experience requirements.
• Monitor market dynamics and partner behaviour to keep the strategy and roadmap grounded.
• Serve as the domain's senior voice with leadership, partners, and collaborating teams.
