Baxter International is seeking a Procurement Associate Manager/Sr Specialist for Supply Chain & Logistics to shape sourcing strategies across transport and warehousing in a global network. You will lead supplier management, negotiations and cost optimization with a regional focus on Europe (EMEA) and support APAC/global initiatives as needed.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Admin, Engineering, Finance, or related field and relevant procurement/logistics experience.
• Experience managing external suppliers, sourcing, cost reviews, negotiations, performance follow-up and contracting (MSA/SOW/NDAs).
• Strong financial understanding and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Exposure to multi-country transport, warehousing and logistics transformations is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with dashboards (Power BI) and AI tools is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics to balance cost, quality, capacity and service.
• Build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to drive improvements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, rate cards, renewals, and service levels.
• Use spend data and cost models to identify savings and value delivery.
• Coordinate priorities across countries, functions and business units.
• Monitor market developments and propose supplier-led process improvements.
• Support broader supply chain projects including transport transitions and continuity.
