Agoda in Madrid seeks a Senior Counsel, Privacy (Fintech) to lead legal risk in data privacy, cybersecurity and AI for fintech products and payments, serving as a privacy partner across the company and Booking Holdings.

You will provide end-to-end product counseling, monitor global privacy regulations, embed privacy-by-design, review contracts, support regulatory filings, and advise on data subject rights and regulatory changes across jurisdictions.

Formación

• 6+ years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in a law firm.
• Law degree from a top law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Experience advising on privacy in fintech, payments or financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end legal advisory on privacy, AI and data protection for Agoda’s fintech products.
• Interpret and implement global privacy and payment regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PSD2, etc.).
• Embed privacy-by-design across product lifecycles; lead PIAs and data mapping.
• Negotiate privacy, data protection and AI terms with third parties and fintech partners.
• Support regulatory filings, audits and responses to data protection authorities.
• Advise stakeholders on data subject rights, marketing and regulatory changes.
