Cone Health in Spain is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development, implementation, and coordination of diverse operational and strategic projects. You will act as a PM consultant to advise, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee work across departments.

The role requires 5–8 years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP/Agile/SaFe certifications. Expect a collaborative, cross‑functional environment with formal reporting and budget

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5-8 years in project management experience.
• PMP or Agile Certified Professional or Scaled Agile Certified Professional is required.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develops the overall approach and deliverables for projects to meet goals and align with strategic vision.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and make informed decisions.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and compliance with financial constraints.
• Communicate with sponsors to formulate meeting agendas and clearly convey information to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with hospital departments, physicians, vendors, and regulators to address project concerns and approvals.
• Prepare and present status reports, metrics, and insights to senior leadership and project teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across projects to ensure on-time delivery.
