Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC in Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and AI-enabled features for a health and wellness mobile app used by millions worldwide. You will own the product vision from ideation to release, balancing user needs with business goals.

Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, you will apply UI/UX principles, run user research, and guide data-driven decisions with analytics and A/B tests, while mentoring the team and growing

Qualifications

5+ years as a Product Manager for technology-powered products.
Experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
Strong UI/UX understanding and collaboration with designers.
Hands-on with AI tools, prototyping or automations.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for mobile and web products.
Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with priorities and user needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing to deliver products successfully.
Conduct and analyze user research to guide decisions.
Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive mobile experiences across platforms.
Identify opportunities to use AI in the product and workflows; prototype simple AI-powered solutions.
Track product performance with analytics and KPIs; run A/B tests to optimize.
