Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Platform & Ecosystem to lead the strategy for MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will enable AI assistants to securely access Wrike data, build tools, and publish plugins across OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft marketplaces.

You will own the product direction, collaborate with engineering and security teams, and shape a scalable ecosystem that empowers Wrike teams to contribute agent-ready tools while maintaining governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools.
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions; hands-on engineering not required.
• Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define MCP/Skills/GraphQL strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s AI platform.
• Own publishing, maintenance and evolution of Wrike MCP plugin across marketplaces.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and Wrike teams to identify high-value agent workflows.
• Translate trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
