Job summary

Qualifyze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to advance our Core Platform strategy and data ecosystem in the Life Sciences space. You will collaborate with Core Platform, Data, Engineering, and other product teams to define issues, design solutions, and prioritize feature delivery with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in product management in B2B SaaS or data-focused roles.
• Proven track record delivering scalable core platform or data products.
• Experience with Engineering, Data, DevOps and platform architectures.
• Knowledge of security, identity/access management, APIs, and data workflows.
• Experience with product discovery, interviews, prototyping, and MVP testing.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills; strategic communicator to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare/compliance) is a plus; willing to travel to Barcelona or Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform vision and data ecosystem, creating a strategic roadmap aligned with customer and company goals.
• Lead continuous discovery with stakeholders; develop and test hypotheses around platform, security, and data solutions.
• Guide product delivery from concept to adoption; manage roadmaps and balance customer value with business priorities.
• Coordinate Core Platform and Data teams; partner with PMs, Marketing, and Sales on security, IAM, and integrations.
• Use platform telemetry and KPIs to monitor performance, feature adoption, and reduce technical debt.
