Synopsys' SimAI platform team is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and scale the core infrastructure that powers AI model training and inference at scale.

You will work on cloud deployment, Kubernetes, Pulumi, Terraform, and build observability, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response to ensure reliable service for customers. The role requires 3+ years of experience and hands-on scripting in Bash, Python, or TypeScript.

Formación

• Software development certification.
• 3 years' experience with Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Distributed systems design and operation (Kubernetes, Pulumi, NATS, Redis).
• Scripting with Bash and programming in Python or TypeScript.
• Independent, end-to-end ownership of problems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex development activities in cloud deployment, maintenance, and scalable distributed systems.
• Use best practices and evangelize through RFCs and mentoring.
• Help scale release processes, development environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Root cause investigation, automated release testing, production incident solving.
• Design, deploy, and maintain platform infrastructure using Kubernetes, Pulumi, and Terraform.
• Scale GPU/CPU resources for AI model training and inference workloads.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
