Gloria Jeans in Dubai is seeking Senior Buyers across Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Beauty, Footwear, and Home Decoration. You will own key product areas, work with designers and suppliers to identify trends, select products, and develop commercially successful collections in a fast-fashion environment.

You will need strong market awareness, supplier management, and the ability to build balanced assortments combining trend relevance, creativity, and margins. Relocation support is provided.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Buyer or Product Manager in fast-paced retail.
• Experience with seasonal collections and multi-category assortments.
• Strong market awareness and supplier management skills.
• Ability to translate sales data into buying decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage product assortments across assigned categories to balance trend, performance, and price.
• Define seasonal buying strategies based on market trends and historical data.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and commercial terms with suppliers to meet margins.

We are currently looking for Senior Buyers across multiple categories who will take ownership of key product areas including Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Beauty, Footwear, and Home Decoration.

The buyer will work closely with designers and suppliers to identify trends, select products, and develop commercially successful collections within a fast-fashion environment.

The position requires strong market awareness, supplier management skills, and the ability to build balanced assortments that combine trend relevance, product creativity, and commercial performance.

• Build and manage product assortments for the assigned category, ensuring a strong balance between trend relevance, commercial performance, and price positioning.


• Define seasonal buying strategies based on market trends, historical sales data, and customer demand.


• Negotiate prices, quantities, and commercial conditions with suppliers to meet margin and cost targets.


• Monitor product performance and react quickly to sales trends, adjusting orders and product mix when needed.


• Work closely with merchandising and planning teams to optimize stock levels and product availability across stores and channels.


• Analyze competitor assortments and market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.


• Proven experience as a Buyer or Product Manager within a fast-paced retail or fashion environment.


• Experience working with seasonal collections and managing product assortments across multiple categories or product lines.


• Experience working directly with suppliers, including product selection, development follow-up, and commercial negotiations.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into buying decisions.


• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and react quickly to market changes and product performance.


• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, planning, and sourcing teams.


• Fluency in English required;
