Ailin.health in Madrid is seeking a Senior PHP Backend engineer to lead backend development, act as a technical reference, and influence the overall development process. You will collaborate with project teams and drive high standards across the stack.

You will work with PHP (native and frameworks), MongoDB, OOP, Git workflows, and AWS, focusing on security, reliability, and performance. The role requires autonomous, organized professionals capable of mentoring others.

Formación

• 5+ years of PHP development experience.
• Strong PHP proficiency with native and framework usage.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases like MongoDB.
• OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with authentication/authorization in distributed apps.
• Knowledge of secure development practices.
• Server management and system architecture knowledge.
• Autonomous, proactive, and organized.
